The Knightstars Basketball program is designed for players of all skill levels. Our goal is to provide a competitive, organized and enjoyable opportunity for youth to play the game of basketball.

We ensure that each and every youth that plays in our program is able to improve their skills and enjoy the sport of basketball. We teach basic basketball fundamentals along with reinforcing life skills and values such as honesty, work ethic, leadership, teamwork and good sportsmanship.

We encourage our coaches to focus 80% of time on building and teaching basic fundamentals and 20% of time encouraging scrimmage/game activities during practices with youth. Our coaches take pride in having a structured practice with drills that incorporate multiple skills to keep kids moving and having fun.

Below are lists of the basic skills by grade level, your child will learn while participating in the Knightstars Basketball program. These skills will help prepare your youth for high level game play in High School.
